Except where required by applicable consumer law, this transaction is final there are no refunds. If you are banned for breaking the rules of the Platform after delivery of the Purchase, you will not be entitled to a refund. Bans are subject to the full discretion of the Platform, and their rules can be changed at any time. There is no guarantee on being able to access the Platform, and if the server is no longer operated the virtual items are forfeit. All items are virtual and have no monetary value outside the Platform, and cannot be exchanged for real-world currency of any kind.
