CloudSolver provides CAPTCHA solving as a service. Solves are sold in units of 1,000 (1k) and are delivered as credits to your account or endpoint.

2. Payments

All payments are final. Solves must be paid for in advance, and pricing may vary depending on volume or market conditions.

3. Refunds

Refunds are only granted if the service is permanently discontinued. No refunds are offered for user error, misuse, or temporary outages.

4. Fair Use

You agree not to abuse the service, including but not limited to spamming solves, using it for illegal or malicious activity, or attempting to bypass usage limits. Abuse may result in account suspension or ban without refund.

5. Availability

While we strive for high uptime and solve accuracy, the service is provided "as-is" with no guarantee of availability, speed, or success rates. Outages or interruptions may occur without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, software, infrastructure, and branding are the property of DeviousSolver. Unauthorized resale, duplication, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

7. Terms Updates

DeviousSolver reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
